WHAT IS GBSC?
The Global Bilingual Sales Competition (GBSC) brings together universities and organizations looking to promote the sales profession at a global level. Through simulated sales call role plays in English and Spanish and numerous networking activities, talented students can showcase their sales skills to corporate recruiters and sales executives on FIU’s main campus in Miami, Florida.
Global sales professionals oversee sales operations for companies that do business internationally. The need for bilingual sales representatives, key account managers, and sales managers by local, national, and worldwide organizations is rapidly increasing. GBSC strives to build the next generation of culturally diverse sales professionals.

WHO SUPPORTS US?
GBSC sponsor organizations support the need for global sales professionals. A GBSC sponsor can connect, judge, and recruit undergraduate sales and marketing job candidates. This is an opportunity to dialogue with like-minded executives and educators on the information, content, and tools that enable sales professionals to sell more effectively in a global environment.
Competitors for GBSC 2022 will represent universities based in the U.S. and abroad, with students who can speak both English and Spanish. Each university team can have two (2) bilingual student competitors. All competitors will compete in both English and Spanish. To register, visit the University Registration page.
The 2022 participating universities were: Arizona State University, CEU San Pablo, CSU Chico, Florida International University, UCEMA, Universidad De Puerto Rico, Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, and University of New Mexico.
